It will be beneficial for the employees to pay PTCL agreed rates to the Panel hospitals which are much economical and such facilities will motivate PTCL employees to improve their job performance and their commitment to PTCL.

Applying online for referral requests for non-entitled dependents reduce the paper work and process is completed in much less time by direct approval of concerned Manger/GM.
Moreover online consultation facility is provided for user which eases them by simply telling the doctor their problems through the portal and getting response from the doctor. Online Appointment facility is also provided.
Details of health units and panel hospitals are also provided in this portal which is accessible to every user. Moreover it also contains different facilities provided in every health unit.
CSR activities are also a part of our portal. These activities are updated in the portal for user information.
On Admin side all new information can be added by just inserting the data in the portal. This reduces time and all the data is updated regularly.
A single point of login to all application either accessing the login credential to every application.

Smart Campaign management is automatic tools to select the number of Customers on behave of Genre and movies type. As PTCL’s users are growing day by day so we need to focus to their requirement and improve our product by interacting with user and notify them when PTCL launched new movie Or if user didn't watched any of the hit movie in the specific time period . Its simple design offers following functionalities to the end users:
• Send Campaign via Email / Sms on behave of specific Genre.
• Resend the whole Campaign.
• Broadcast specific Movie to all of the Customers.
• Add new movie in any of given genre type.
• Send Campaign only on our top customers by selecting drop down options.
PTCL has successfully implemented and launched the "PTCL Vibe" App that is an exciting digital tool to enable all employees to manage most frequently used employee self-services anywhere anytime. This App is integrated with the back-end SAP ERP system through Process Integration (PI) to process the transactions on real time basis.
